Sikio Sikivu Ministries is led by its founder, Rumishael C. Ulomi. As a passionate Christian leader, he serves as a bi-vocational minister, strategist, and writer. His unique approach is rooted in a decade of diverse professional experience in leadership, management, administration, theology, and human services, which he seamlessly blends with his theological background.
Rumishael's academic credentials, including a Bachelor of Divinity and a Master of Arts in Theology, combined with an MBA in Business, Leadership, and Theology, provide the foundation for our ministry's practical, faith-based approach. He is committed to utilizing leadership and theology to make a positive impact in the world by promoting ethical business practices and fostering a more positive work environment.

The name "Sikio Sikivu" is Swahili for "an attentive ear" or "a listening ear," reflecting a concept found in biblical texts, such as Sirach 3:29, which says, "A wise heart will know proverbs, and an attentive ear is the desire of the wise."
